Just so you all know, i hit some financial troubles and will have to move soon, as such i will no longer have internet for some unknown ammount of time, so it will be a while before i post anything again, however i will continue to work on the Verge, so hopefully the next thing i post will be radically more advanced than what i have now and closer to a final engine, so in the meantime goodbye interwebs, and go play some games!

I launched a kickstarter for the verge, be sure to check it out and donate if you like what you see: http://kck.st/O5aZFk
I know i havent posted in a while, ive been dealing with some personal stuff and rethinking my game design philosophy. For a long time i was stuck in 2d game design, so I switched engines (switching from XNA to Unity) and entered the world of 3d. I also began my first project, this game will be a small precursor to a bigger project ill make in the future, This project is called “The Verge”
The prequel tells the story of a man who wakes up one evening to find his apartment door missing and strange things happening around him. Trapt in those walls he must find a way to escape, despite the forces working against him.
It will be a 3d first person Point and Click Horror adventure game. And should release within the next few months for 2$.
Also some news from indie city, as I said runner launched but i think i failed to upload the link, so if you go to the games page you’ll find that, I additionally said I would not release my next game on IndieCity. Well ive decided in order to maximize the audience, I will not ONLY release there. It will still be there but can also be found on this site, via direct pay.
So theres the updates, ill be making a new page for the verge shortly here so be sure to check that out for screenshots and information updated as we get closer to release. Thank you as always for reading, Now go play some games!
So It Finally Happend! Runner Went live, heres the link to download it (remember its free) you will have to sign up for indie city but it doesnt take long at all!

So as previously stated, a while ago i release runner. I say release tenativly as it is currently in approval limbo. you see the website i am launching in on originally interested me as it offered online leader-boards and DRM. the trade off is that you have to wait for enough people to play and approve your game before it launches to the public. I am still awaiting approval on that website, i launched it on the 30th… I wont be using that website again.
That Being said im doing 3 other things now as well.
- Getting ready to work on a new website, that will link to this blog, and possible a forum.
- Working on the design document/concept art/ kickstarter/ and basic engine for my next title
- trying to find someone to post news on my behalf, because lets face it, im far from eloquent.
So that’s whats happening in the world of C3. If the game doesn’t launch this week, im going to edit the high score table and just launch it myself here, until the leader board enabled version is launched. so keep checking back here, and thank you all for reading my blog!
I havent forgotten about all of you, Runner is just still in community approval 😦
So in the interest of the project ive decided to launch Today!, The game is currently undergoing the approval process, after which point it will be available for download, (Ill post a link here), so close I can taste it!
Just another small status update, im expecting the art ive been waiting for to be ready tomarrow, if i do get it, ill also record and upload another gameplay video. Also I got the Titlescreen and options menu up and running so ill probably be showing you that as well, just a few more things to add, we look in line for it to enter beta testing on the 4th!
I have begun to fall victim to Feature creeping. Feature creep is when you designing a game and every idea that pops into your head you add into the game to make it the best game possible, however due to time, the game just takes longer and longer to make. So im eliminating the things that “crept” in there and simplifying the project a bit. If i need to add more content later i can patch it in or add it as DLC, so for now I just need 2 pieces of art, the title screen, the options screen, a few more gui elements, and bug fixes and were good to go
The Current goal is may 5th, mark it on your calendars
I haven’t forgotten about you guys, ive been hard at work adding new content to runner to get it ready for another gameplay trailer, ive already added quite a few features in just needing to iron out a few bugs and get some more art in there to make it look great.Ill keep you posted, but hopefully we’ll see a new gameplay video later this week 🙂
